Oopbuy Spreadsheet categories, sorted by what intake can check

Sixteen categories of finds. Each card links to the live catalogue; the grouping tells you how much the Xiamen inspector will be able to confirm for you.

All sixteen categories, grouped by inspection depth

Sixteen categories, sorted by what the inspector at the Xiamen bench is able to confirm once your parcel is open. Green: the size label can be matched against your order. Amber: the inspector looks at shape, colour and damage, nothing more. Red: sealed or electronic goods, inspected from the outside only.

Reading an Oopbuy Spreadsheet entry with the intake in mind

A catalogue entry gives you a photo, a title, a price in yuan and a link. It does not give you a weight, a measured size or a guarantee that the colour in the photo is the colour in the bag. Those arrive later, at intake, and only partly.

So read each entry for the things the warehouse will be able to confirm. A tee with a printed size label is easy for the inspector to match. A belt with no stated length is not. A sealed fragrance box will be photographed but not opened.

The categories on this page are grouped that way on purpose. It is not a quality ranking. It is a guide to how much of your decision can be checked for you, and how much you are deciding alone when you click buy.

How to choose a spreadsheet site worth using

Catalogue sites come and go, and many are copies of each other. Four tests separate the useful ones: entries link to the actual listing rather than a redirect chain; dead links are removed rather than left to rot; prices are shown in the seller's own currency with a date; and the site tells you what it cannot know.

Hold this site to the same standard. Every policy figure here carries the date it was read from Oopbuy's help centre. Where Oopbuy's own pages disagree with each other, both versions are printed. Where nobody publishes a number, such as the exact count of free photos for every item, this log says so instead of inventing one.

Labelled clothing: where the bench can match your order

For clothing, Oopbuy's scope page is specific: the inspector checks colour, large areas of damage, stains, size, model and version number, and "inspection is based on the size on the product label or hang tag". That is a comparison between the tag and your order, not a tape measure on the garment.

So a hoodie labelled L will pass as L even if it fits like an M. Colour difference and size error are listed, word for word, as outside the inspection. If fit matters, budget 1 yuan per extra detail photo and ask for a chest or length measurement before the 120-hour window closes. The Photos page explains how to word that request.

Shoes, bags and accessories: shape and finish only

Trainers, bags, belts, eyewear and jewellery sit in the middle group. The inspector will look for visible damage, stains and obvious mismatches in colour or model. What the inspector cannot judge is how a shoe fits, whether a clasp works smoothly, or what a ring is made of.

Oversized and fragile items are also the ones most likely to stay in their original boxes rather than being moved into Oopbuy's self-sealing bags, which changes the weight on the scale. A trainer box alone can add several hundred grams to the reading you will later pay shipping on.

Sealed and electronic goods: the outside of the box

Electronics, digital goods and peripherals are inspected for appearance only, with no power-on test. Products sealed with labels or strips in the CD, handmade and adult categories are not opened. Fragrance in sealed retail boxes is photographed as a box.

Two further limits matter here. Liquids, pastes and cosmetic powders are restricted by China Customs export rules, so Oopbuy asks you to consult customer service before ordering them. And battery items can only travel on certain routes, which are usually the pricier ones. The Held back page covers both.

Save the details that make a listing orderable

Start a shortlist with the original seller URL, variant, size chart, quantity, price in CNY and domestic freight. Write down anything unresolved: a missing measurement, unclear material, battery or liquid, minimum quantity or return condition.

Open the seller’s actual page before ordering. Photos from a category are examples and can outlast the listing. If a link disappears, treat a replacement as a new offer and check it again. Recent buyer photos, variant-specific reviews and an answer to a precise question are useful signals; none guarantees your batch.

Choose the item because it fits your need, then confirm that the agent and destination route accept it. Use the complete buying guide after discovery; the specialist inspection pages help with the warehouse stage.
